Hmm well you have two choices here
1. spend thousands of dollars on plastic surgery
2. Spend thousands of dollars on an assasin and risk going to jail

Well, for a high profile hit like Emmy Rossum, you'd be talking more than a few grand. Lots of money. Probably more than 70, unless you hire a thug. In that case, you get what you pay for.
As for the plastic surgery, lots and lots of money there too, also a risk that something could go wrong on the operation table.
Cheapest/safest choice: Be happy the way you are and let her live.
